Payment terms: If booking is made less than 8 weeks in advance payment is required in full. Prior to this a 50% deposit is required with booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.

Any cancellation must be made in writing - please note the deposit is non-refundable. You will be asked to pay for the rented period in full unless another client can be found. If this is the case we will refund the balance but not the deposit. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance as a safeguard.

Bed Linen, Towels & tea towels are provided, but unfortunately not beach towels.
Please advise when booking how many sets you require.

No smoking in the cottage.

Well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement.
